His appointment, for a three-year term starting in 2024, strengthens the company’s representation within this prestigious international network.
The selection of Teddy Roux as a member of the ANDE Executive Committee is a testimony to his recognition as a prominent leader in the field of entrepreneurship and development in Africa. Teddy has over 13 years’ experience, during which he has played a crucial role in advising, accompanying and financing companies with a strong social and environmental impact. His exceptional expertise and strategic vision make him a major asset to ANDE’s Executive Committee.
Teddy Roux joins five other distinguished personalities, carefully selected from a group of 25 highly qualified candidates. The rigorous selection was validated by ANDE’s current Executive Committee, attesting to Teddy’s commitment to the network’s mission and values.
As a member of the Executive Committee, Teddy Roux will actively participate in the development of ANDE’s strategic vision, priorities and future directions. His dynamic contribution will help shape the future of entrepreneurship in developing economies, aligning efforts with goals of sustainable impact and responsible growth.
This appointment will give ESP access to a pan-African and global entrepreneurial ecosystem. This is aligned with ESP’s Intelligent Capital™approach, which aims to facilitate access to financial education, technical assistance and financing to entrepreneurs in Africa.
