Estelle works at ESPartners’ East and Southern Africa office. A firm believer in private sector led growth; she joined the ESPartners team in 2013.
Since joining, Estelle has contributed to several engagements in Haiti, East Africa and West Africa. In her work, she has collaborated with development partners (The IDB, Trademark East Africa), Government Agencies and private stakeholders in Haiti and West Africa as well as corporates. Passionate about creating equal gender opportunities, she is currently contributing to the organization of a Women Entrepreneurs Empowerment Project in Angola for which she has co-designed training sessions. She also supports the implementation of an ICT incubator in Angola.
Prior to joining ESPartners, Estelle held several financial analyst roles within a private equity fund, an investment bank and an agri-business group respectively. In her last position, she worked as a Junior P&C underwriter and reinsurance technical assistant overseeing a portfolio of over Haitian corporates. During her gap-year internship, she worked in public accounting at Mazars New York.
Estelle has earned a MSc. in Management with a specialization in Economics from HEC Paris.
She speaks French, English, Spanish and Haitian Creole fluently.
