Eunice is an analyst at the ESPartners (Kigali Office). She chose to join ESP for the transformative role the entity plays in the countries of operation, across Africa and to have a better outlook and understanding of the developmental field.
Since joining ESP in 2017, Eunice has contributed to the organization of la Finance s’Engage (FSE) summit at communications and event coordination levels. Beside the FSE summit, Eunice conducted focus groups, in depth research and analyses to inform insights offered to clients. Projects she has worked on include the Strategy development of the Development Bank of Rwanda, Rwanda Broadcasting Agency, Imbuto Foundation and YouthConnekt Africa, etc.
Prior to joining ESP, Eunice had been employed as a professional tutor for undergraduate students at the University of the Western Cape (RSA) while acquiring her qualifications. She also interned at the United Nations Development Programme (Rwanda) and Rwanda Stock Exchange.
Eunice has a Masters in Applied Economics with a major in Macroeconomics and minor in Development Economics from the University of the Western Cape (South Africa).
She is fluent in English, French and Kinyarwanda.

Honours and awards:
Eunice received the Top Performer certificate in Development Economics during her fourth year at University.
She has also received a Golden Key International Honours Society certificate for her undergraduate academic performance.
Eunice also received two certificates from the UWC Leadership Academy for emerging and advanced leadership training.
