Position Overview
As a Junior Analyst in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E), you will play a crucial role in one of our flagship programs at Entrepreneurial Solutions Partners (ESP).
You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and presenting essential data to measure the impact and effectiveness of our program.

Duties and Responsibilities
We are looking for an ambitious and motivated Junior Analyst and M&E. More specifically, you will participate in :
Survey Management and Data Collection
Performance Indicator Monitoring and Analysis
Evidence Generation and Learning
Partner Coordination
Data Visualization and Communication
Required Qualifications
o Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Python)
o Advanced skills in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
o Experience in developing and tracking performance indicators
o Understanding of M&E methodologies in the context of international development
o Experience in planning and coordinating qualitative and quantitative surveys
o Ability to effectively analyze and disseminate survey findings
o Excellent team spirit and ability to work in a multicultural environment
o Strong orientation towards learning and continuous improvement
o Excellent written and oral communication skills in French and English
o Ability to present complex data clearly and concisely
o Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
o At least 2 years of experience in data analysis, monitoring and evaluation, ideally in the development or entrepreneurship sector
o Knowledge of the African entrepreneurial context is a plus
