- Insights: Consulting services that develop and implement creative, sustainable solutions for enhancing value chain competitiveness, strategic business development, and leadership change. We leverage global expertise with a local perspective through projects such as Finance S’Engage™ and Data for Growth.

Position Overview
The Project Manager (PM) will oversee and execute high-impact programs to ensure smooth, innovative, and successful implementation. This includes comprehensive project management and strategic oversight to drive ESP’s Scale programs and related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and lead program strategies that align with objectives, incorporating lessons from past initiatives and global best practices.
Execution Coordination
- Manage the entire project lifecycle, from defining scope, goals, and deliverables to final execution.
- Lead outreach, onboarding, and support processes for innovative entrepreneurs and startups.
- Oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to high standards.
- Adapt plans and allocate tasks as needed for successful project completion.
- Approve risk mitigation strategies and monitor their application.
Entrepreneur Support
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality workshops, coaching, and support for entrepreneurs.
- Track progress and manage milestones for participating startups.
- Oversee the implementation of financing mechanisms within programs.
Client and Stakeholder Management
- Maintain and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and timely follow-up.
- Identify and develop key partnerships that contribute to program growth and broader ESP objectives.
Communication and Outreach
- Supervise the creation of marketing materials to promote the program, incubated businesses, and partner organizations.
Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E)
- Oversee M&E processes, ensuring comprehensive reporting that meets management and client standards.
- Identify lessons learned and implement best practices for continuous improvement.
Program Management
- Ensure proper resource allocation (financial and non-financial) and adherence to processes.
Business Development
- Support the identification of new business opportunities and assist in proposal development to expand ESP’s services.
Required Qualifications
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, leadership qualities, and drive.
- Quick learner with the ability to work independently.
- Adept at challenging and improving existing processes.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly detail-oriented, with the ability to dive into complex problems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Educational and Technical Background
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related field from a recognized institution (specialization in Purchasing & Supply is a plus).
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Excel (knowledge of VBA and HTML is advantageous).
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating data and making strategic decisions.
- Experience in auditing or quality assurance is desirable.
