Position Overview
Based in the Abidjan office, reporting to the Insights Practice Manager, the Senior Associate, Insights is a key member of the team and is primarily responsible for the end-to-end management of Insights projects: from P&L to team management.
He is also heavily involved in defining the strategic direction of the organization and its portfolio. The Senior Associate, Insights is expected to actively contribute to sales growth and the successful execution of all ESP-related assignments.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Designing and conducting quantitative analyses;
- Structuring and conducting qualitative and quantitative interviews and surveys in industries and/or markets where our customers operate or intend to operate. These interviews deal with subjects that are both complex and sensitive. They require extremely rapid analysis and a high degree of maturity;
- Formulate and present our recommendations to our customers;
- Work closely with our customers to implement the recommendations. This requires building consensus with operational management to support the implementation of change;
- Lead and mentor Associates, Consultants, Analysts and Junior Analysts responsible for implementation, and transfer knowledge and skills to them.

Collaborates with senior colleagues to achieve successful sales projects. Identifies new or additional sales opportunities. Required Qualifications
- You have a Bac +5, successful experience (more than 5 years) in the consulting field and you speak English;
- You combine autonomy in your area of responsibility with team spirit on your project;
- You are curious, have good interpersonal skills and a keen sense of analysis;

- You speak and write English and French impeccably;
- Strong computer skills (Word, PowerPoint & Excel);
- Solid knowledge and experience in the use of data collection platforms (CSPro, SurveyCTO…);
- Solid knowledge and experience in the use of statistical software (Stata, SPSS, R…)
