Position Overview

The Value Creation Junior Analyst role at Entrepreneurial Solutions Partners (ESPartners) is a strategic and impactful position designed to drive entrepreneurial development across Africa. 

As a key member of our dynamic team, you will play a critical role in supporting and scaling innovative enterprises through comprehensive incubation programs. 

This position offers an exceptional opportunity to make a tangible difference in the African entrepreneurial ecosystem, combining data-driven insights with hands-on support for emerging businesses.

Duties and Responsibilities

Program Management

• Support the program manager in planning and implementing program activities
• Assist in entrepreneur recruitment and selection processes
• Collect and analyze impact measurement data
• Coordinate comprehensive program follow-up

Entrepreneur Support

• Assess entrepreneurs’ capabilities and potential
• Design tailored curriculum and support content
• Coordinate curriculum implementation and coaching
• Monitor and track program impact

Required Qualifications

• Ability to work with large datasets
